Hmmm...what to say?
Okay, first up, this pic is about 10years old because hey, I'm so bad at getting on the other side of the camera! I'm a xennial, so that magic mix of growing up in the analog world and then seeing everything go to digital. Exciting times. I shot my first wedding more than 20yrs ago on 4 rolls of film. Then I worked and travelled as a cruise-ship photographer for nine years where I met my partner in business and life, Thomas. Now a mama to two boys, and with hundreds of weddings under my belt, I can round up unruly family members for family pics in a flash. People say I have a calming influence. I'm a cheese lover, cat lady and a romantic at heart but I'll never admit it.
And I really do love taking pictures.
My approach
NOT TOO TOUCHY-FEELY
I prefer to shoot in a natural style and let your day flow as it happens. I can help with timelines and give you as much gentle direction you wish. I am not overly fashion-posey oriented but you'll definitely get pics that you'll want to hang on your walls. You won't find me cutting it up on the dance floor but I'll be there blending in with your crew with a friendly warmth that will put you and your family at ease. Years of experience has shown me what works and as trends change I can provide a timeless gallery of images you will treasure. I'm the curator of your gorgeous day as it unfolds, ready to capture all the little moments as they happen - how lucky am I and I don't take that honour lightly.
